Dr Rahul Rathod
CEO Founder
Dr. Rahul Rathod, Co-founder of Aradhya Multispeciality Hospital is a highly accomplished General Surgeon and Laparoscopic Specialist, renowned for his exceptional clinical expertise and dedication to patient-centered care.
A National Scholarship Holder, Dr. Rathod’s academic excellence began at Fergusson College in Pune, where he completed his junior college education. He subsequently earned his MBBS from the prestigious Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai and furthered his surgical training with a DNB in General Surgery from Peerless Hospital in Kolkata. Committed to staying at the forefront of surgical innovation, Dr. Rathod has pursued multiple fellowships following his post-graduation.
He was a Consultant at ESIS Hospital in Nagpur. Currently, Dr. Rathod serves as an Assistant Professor at NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences and Lata Mangeshkar Hospital and as a Consultant at American Oncology Institute, Nagpur.
Dr. Rathod’s expertise encompasses general surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and laser piles surgery. He is steadfast in his commitment to evidence-based medicine and leveraging state-of-the-art techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes. His practice philosophy prioritizes patient-centered care, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for individuals undergoing surgical treatment.

Armed with a Master of Science in Biochemistry, Santosh has dedicated over 20+ years to pioneering advancements and innovations within the pharmaceutical sector.
His career began as a promising researcher, contributing to groundbreaking discoveries in drug development, formulations, and biochemistry. Over the years, Santosh has risen to hold key positions in several renowned pharmaceutical companies, where his expertise has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry.

Dinesh Kukreja is one of the esteemed Directors of Aradhya Multispeciality Hospital. A graduate from Nagpur University, he is a second-generation entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
He successfully runs Mukund & Company and Maan Medical & Equipments, two renowned enterprises in the pharmaceutical sector. Mukund & Company proudly serves as a distributor for over 70 multinational companies, showcasing his exceptional leadership and business acumen.
With his vast experience and visionary approach, Dinesh Kukreja has now diversified into the hospital management sector, contributing significantly to the strategic growth and operational excellence of AMH Hospital.

Kamalnain Kachhela is a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of success in every project he undertakes. At just 21, he became one of the youngest Chartered Accountants in India. He has since held key positions at some of the country’s leading companies, including Jio and D-Mart, where he demonstrated exceptional financial acumen and strategic thinking.
